Overview:
Our managers will contact you within 30 minutes or as soon
as poosible of receiving an emergency message. There will
always be someone to receive your call and it will be recorded
and followed up in a professional manner. We are here to help
our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If
you have an emergency after business hours:
1. Call (800) 673-6786 
2. Follow the instructions for an emergency call leaving your
name, phone number
where you can be reached, emergency location and description.
3.
This will automatically be sent to our on-call manager's emergency
pager, the manager will call to retrieve your message, return
your call and immediately take action to resolve the emergency.
This system has been very successful with many of our customers.
If
you have an emergency during business hours:
1. Call (800) 455-0304 ext. 202
From 7 AM 4 PM ask for customer service, tell your
customer service representative you have an emergency.
2.
Our staff will take the emergency information and immediately
contact your account manager via our Nextel mobile phones.
3.
We will start a record of the emergency using our 30-Minute
Emergency Call Transaction Sheet
4.
When the emergency is resolved the account manager will contact
customer service with the results.
5.
Our customer service department or the account manager will
contact you one hour after the initial contact to confirm
that the emergency has been resolved.
